During the event, delegates celebrated the 90th founding anniversary of the VFF. In addition, a unit of the VFF in Hamlet No.6 briefed the Defense Minister and other attendees on the achievements in implementation of the patriotism emulation movement in the locality. Reportedly, the movement has been maintained and promoted with the target of developing a strong nation with wealthy people and a democratic, fair and civilized society, and successfully building socialism. Via the movement, the locals are determined to fulfill all political and socio-economic targets of the hamlet.

In the hamlet, residents effectively helped each other develop the economy, contributing to poverty reduction. Until now, the locals’ living standards have been enhanced considerably.

Addressing the event, Secretary of the Ha Nam provincial Party Committee Le Thi Thuy acknowledged and hailed the comprehensive development of the hamlet while asking the local Party organization, authorities and socio-political organizations to create favorable conditions for the VFF’s unit in Hamlet No.6 and other organizations, contributing to ensuring political security and social order at the grassroots levels.

On this occasion, General Lich inquired after the health and handed over gifts to policy beneficiaries and needy households in Hamlet No.6 and Liem Chung commune.
