At the visit to Brigade K3 of the General Department 2, Gen. Giang praised task performance of the unit’s troops over the past time. He urged them to continue bringing into play their achievements, enhancing the unit’s solidarity and unity, and improving the quality of combat readiness to deal with unexpected situations in the time to come.

On the occasion of the traditional Tet holidays, General Giang presented gifts and extended best wishes to the unit’s commanders and troops.

* The same day, Gen. Cuong inspected combat readiness of Commando Brigade 1 of the Commando Corps and offered Tet gifts to its troops.

Gen. Cuong applauded the outcomes the unit achieved in fulfilling its assigned missions over the past time, and asked the unit to embrace higher levels’ instructions and practice exercises to ensure combat readiness in any circumstances.

* During the visit to the Border Guard Academy, Gen. Chien spoke highly of the school’s preparations for this Tet, especially ensuring safety for troops amidst the complicated developments of the COVID-19 pandemic.

He required the academy’s leadership to strictly maintain combat readiness and implement COVID-19 prevention measures, accelerate information dissemination to fight against wrongful viewpoints of hostile forces, and ensuring traffic safety on Tet holidays.
