CMC’s Inspection Committee convenes sixth meeting
PANO - The Inspection Committee of the Central Military Commission (CMC) in the 2020-2025 period convened its sixth meeting on January 24 with Chairman General Luong Cuong as the chair.
At the meeting, the participants heard a report on the outcomes of the CMC’s Inspection Committee’s implementation of the process of reviewing and attributing responsibilities and taking disciplinary actions against party cells and members.
They discussed, analyzed, clarified, and finalized the violations according to the Party’s regulations and military discipline. They also cast votes to discipline individuals and organizations with violations of Party’s regulations and military discipline.

Addressing the event, General Cuong spoke highly of the responsibility of the Standing Board of the CMC’s Inspection Committee and relevant party cells to embrace the conclusion of the Standing Board of the CMC on the task implementation.
He urged the Standing Board of the CMC’s Inspection Committee to proactively give advice to the CMC’s Standing Board and the CMC’s Inspection Committee to direct the inspection, supervision, and disciplinary actions.
It should also actively and thoroughly grasp situational developments, detect and inspect Party members and Party cells with signs of violations, and handle petitions, letters of denunciation and complaints, thereby, contributing to the improvement in leadership capacity and combat strength of party cells, enhanced solidarity, and completion of political missions.
