Over the past 65 years, the Central Military Procuracy has consistently fulfilled its functions of exercising prosecution rights and supervising judicial activities, affirming its role as a specialized judicial institution and a “solid legal shield,” contributing to maintaining discipline and order, enhancing combat strength, and upholding the revolutionary nature of the Vietnam People's Army.

Authorized by the State President, General Phan Van Giang presented the First-class Feat-of-arms Order to the Central Military Procuracy, and praised the achievements made by the unit and other military procuracies over the past 65 years. Also, he requested that officers, procurators, investigators, staff, and soldiers of the unit continue to strictly and effectively implement documents from higher levels on judicial reform and the law, while further improving the quality of prosecutorial practice and the supervision of judicial activities.

The Deputy PM underlined that the Central Military Procuracy should continue to closely coordinate with relevant agencies to give advice to the Central Military Commission, the leadership of the Ministry of National Defense, and Party committees and chains-of-command of agencies and units in preventing and combating legal violations and crime, as well as handling complex cases efficiently.

Efforts should focus on reviewing and streamlining organizational structures and staffing to ensure efficiency and effectiveness; strengthening the training and development of personnel to meet task requirements.

The unit should promote law dissemination and education to raise troops’ awareness of law observance, while accelerating digital transformation and the modernization of military procuracy work, as well as research and apply software tools to improve quality, efficiency, timeliness, and transparency in military procuracy activities, among others.
