The units have ensured warm military equipment for daily life and combat readiness, especially for those at border protection and management and COVID-19 prevention and control checkpoints.

In addition, they have sent delegations to guide and assist local people to protect humans and livestock from coldness and urge them to avoid unnecessary outdoor activities to keep good health.

They have also instructed locals to move their livestock and poultry to lowlands, light fire to warm them, reinforce their shelters, as well as reserve adequate food for cold days.

The People’s Army Newspaper would like to introduce several photos of border guards in cold days.
