PANO – Responding to the movement “Day for the Poor”, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Military High Command, in collaboration with authority agencies at various different levels, has raised VND 30 million in contributions for the Fund for the Poor in the province.

Soldiers from 14 companies were sent to remote communes in five mountainous districts to help locals upgrade public infrastructure and houses.

They helped repair 45 houses, and built four houses of gratitude for social welfare beneficiary families.
