Army Corps 2 strives to raise its training quality

The event was attended by Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People’s Army Senior Lieutenant General Ngo Minh Tien.

Over the past years, Army Corps 2’s Party Committee and Chain-of-command have paid due attention to training. Its affiliated units have organized training tasks as scheduled with absolute safety, in line with COVID-19 prevention and control work. They have also raised training quality and troops’ competence; mastered equipment and weapons; and applied information technology to training programs, among others.

Addressing the event, General Tien affirmed that the corps’ Party Committee and Chain-of-command should direct subordinate units to raise troops’ responsibility and awareness of their training missions.

Meanwhile, they should focus on renovating training contents and methods in line with reality; upgrading training fields; and regularly holding after-action reviews so as to further promote training quality.
