The Armored Officer Training School is the cradle of armored troops. During the 60 years of construction and growth, the school has trained tens of thousands of officers, technical staff, tank crews for the Lao and Cambodian militaries.

The school received the “Hero of the People’s Armed Forces in the renovation period” title in 2009 and the Emulation flag of the Prime Minister for many years in a row, and others.

During the artistic program, many songs were performed highlighting the Party, President Ho Chi Minh and the glorious traditions of armored troops.

As a speaker at the thematic talk, Dr. Le Doan Hop, former Party Central Committee and former Minister of Information and Communications, told officers and soldiers of the Armored Officer Training School about President Ho Chi Minh’s teachings on patriotic emulation and national construction and the role of books in the spiritual life of the society in the current context, to name but a few.
