The corporation’s young officers have continuously improved in both quantity and quality with basic training at military and civilian institutions and been assigned to appropriate jobs. Many young cadres with excellent professional capabilities have been appointed to key positions within the unit.

In practice, these young officers have gradually mastered advanced technologies and applied scientific and technological achievements to production, thereby increasing productivity and product competitiveness. They have also successfully upheld their roles in leadership, command, and management, helping regularize Party and political work, and enhancing the quality of regularity building and discipline maintenance.

The Deputy General Director of Song Thu Corporation expressed his hope that young officers of the three countries would actively share experiences and creative approaches in performing their duties. He also wished the Lao and Cambodian delegations a highly successful working and exchange program in Vietnam.
