Vietnamese MND honored with Cambodian noble order
PANO - From December 28 to 30, a delegation of the Vietnamese Ministry of National Defense (MND), led by its Deputy Minister Senior Lieutenant General Vo Minh Luong, attended a ceremony to inaugurate the new headquarters of the Cambodian Defense Ministry.
The construction of the facility, which started in 2018, was funded by the Vietnamese MND.

During the ceremony, authorized by King Norodom Sihamoni of Cambodia, Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Techo Hun Sen presented the Mahasena-class Friendship Order of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Vietnamese MND.
On behalf of the Vietnamese MND, General Luong received the noble order.
Within the framework of the working visit, General Luong laid wreaths and offered incense at a memorial for the Vietnamese volunteer troops in Cambodia, and visited Front 479’s Memorial - Hall of Fame and some units of the Cambodian Defense Ministry.
