Technicians of the Son La provincial and Houaphanh provincial Military Commands hand over and receive military vehicles for repairs.

Accordingly, the Son La provincial Military Command handed over 10 infantry gun cabinets and received two vehicles for repairs.

Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Phouthit Sengpheng, Deputy Commander of the Houaphanh provincial Military Command, thanked the Vietnamese unit for their support, adding that the command would use the above equipment to gain the highest efficiency in weapon preservation and combat readiness.

Senior Colonel Bui Van Son, Second-in-Command of the Son La provincial Military Command, underlined that over the past time, the defense cooperation between the two units has witnessed fruitful development in a more practical and substantial manner.

Meanwhile, the support of the Son La provincial Military Command would help the Lao side to enhance the effectiveness of technical work and combat readiness in the coming time, he added.

Also, the support contributed to deepening the special solidarity and friendship between Vietnam and Laos.
