Division 324, Military Region 4 of the Vietnam People’s Army and Infantry Division 1 have become sister-units since 2012. Over the past time, the two units have always supported each other in personnel training and COVID-19 prevention and control work. Last August, they signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation activities in 2022-2023, focusing on updating situations of each side and unit building task. The activities have contributed to tightening the traditional relationship between the two units in particular and the two militaries in general.
