Refresher course on military history for Lao officers concludes

Director of the Vietnam Military History Institute Major General Nguyen Hoang Nhien addresses the event.

During the course, the Lao trainees were equipped with basic knowledge on military history research methodology and some valuable practical experience on research and scientific management of military history in the Vietnam People’s Army in recent years, which will contribute to the construction of the military history of the Lao People’s Army.

Lieutenant Colonel Amphone Phommala, head of the Lao delegation, affirmed that this was an occasion for the Lao military officers to learn basic knowledge of military history science, noting that they would actively promote and apply the learnt knowledge to reality, contributing to the construction and development of Laos’ military history in the coming time.
