Speaking at the event, PAN’s Deputy Editor-in-Chief Senior Colonel Ngo Anh Thu emphasized that the online voting for performances of the Vietnamese art troupe aims to encourage military artists to well fulfil their missions. The voting is also to mobilize audience inside and outside the military to watch and show their support for the Vietnamese team, thus popularizing the image of Vietnam, its people and culture, and military to international friends.
The “Army of Culture” event is one of the important competition contents of the Army Games 2022 with the aim of popularizing the images of military, culture, landscape and people of participating countries.
Participating in the Army Games 2022 in Russia, the Vietnamese “Army of Culture” team comprises 16 members to compete in two parts, which are “Artistic Performance” and “Exhibition.” The team has prepared 12 instrumental, dancing and vocal performances to compete in the “Artistic performance” and 19 groups of artifacts, including four groups of historical items and 15 groups of handicraft products, to introduce at the “Exhibition” event.

Performances are to honor and popularize the image of Uncle Ho’s soldiers in performing military-defense activities, peacekeeping missions, and national construction and protection.
To help the Vietnamese military art troupe win the “Army of Culture” contest, PAN’s leader called on readers across the country to vote for the team’s performances. Winners of the competition will be determined by the numbers of votes on website https://golosovanie-ac.mil.ru/ from August 15 to 21 (Vietnam time).

The organizing panel will award active individuals and groups who have the earliest and most correct prediction of numbers of people joining the voting. One first, two second, and three third prizes, worth VND 15 million, VND 10 million, and VND 5 million each, respectively will be presented to groups with active participation in the event.
