Lao officers extend Tet greetings to Vietnamese military unit
PANO - A delegation from the Laos’ Salavan provincial Military Command and Party Committee paid a Tet visit to the Thua Thien-Hue provincial Military Command on January 25.

In a warm and friendly atmosphere, the guests wished all troops of the Thua Thien-Hue provincial armed forces good health, and extended best wishes to them. They hoped that the host continue accomplishing all assigned missions in the Year of Rooster.
Senior Colonel Ngo Tang Dinh, Deputy Commander of the Thua Thien-Hue provincial Military Command, thanked the guests for their Tet visit, and expressed his hope that the two sides would promote close ties in the coming time.
The Vietnamese officer also asked the Lao command to create favorable conditions for Vietnam’s Martyr Search Team 192 to collect and repatriate remains of Vietnamese volunteer soldiers and specialists, who laid down their lives while doing international service in Laos, especially Salavan province.
