High-ranking Lao military delegation visits Hanoi Capital Command

Having been briefed on the unit’s history of development and construction over the past time, Lieutenant General Khamlieng Outhakaysone affirmed that the visit provided Lao delegates an opportunity to exchange experience in managing and building military units, and to enhance faithful solidarity and close-knit relationship between the two countries and two militaries.

On the occasion, Lieutenant General Khamlieng Outhakaysone and the high-ranking Lao military delegation observed training activities and visited barracks of Regiment 692.
