These days, people across the Cambodian country are marking the anniverary of the victory day with a great gratitude paid to Vietnamese voluntary soldiers and advisors and Cambodian patriots, who fought and sacrificed to liberate the Cambodian people from the Pol Pot genocidal regime, they stressed.

On the occasion, the Vietnamese delegation offered flowers at the Vietnam – Cambodia Friendship Monument, handed over scholarships to six Cambodian disadvantaged students, and presented 50 gifts, worth VND 500,000 each, to 50 needy families in Dak Dam commune, Ou Reang district, Cambodia’s Mondulkiri province.
