Course on military history for Cambodian officers concludes
PANO – A course on military history for officers of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces concluded on October 5 at Unit 871 of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People’s Army.
During the one-month training course, 25 Cambodian officers studied 13 subjects of basic knowledge of research methodology; process and experience in organizing and conducting research on military history.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, Senior Colonel Truong Mai Huong, Deputy Director of the Vietnam Institute of Military History, praised the Cambodian officers for their efforts in studying, and actively exchanging with instructors to learn more about academic issues and research experience.
For his part, Major General Hor Piseth, Head of the Cambodian delegation, said that such a course is very important, helping Cambodian military officers meet the requirements of building the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces in the current period.
He also said that after course, the trainees would continue studying and applying what they have acquired during the course to their daily work, contributing to the development of Cambodia's military history.
