Course for Cambodian officers concludes
PANO - The Defense Strategy Institute of the Vietnamese Ministry of National Defense concluded a training course on military strategy studies for officers from the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces at Unit 871 of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People’s Army (VPA) in Hanoi on December 10.
The course, starting from November 12, aimed to improve knowledge and methods of military strategy research for officers from the Center of Military Strategy Studies of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces.

During the month-long program, the Cambodian officers studied theories of military strategies and made field trips to several units of the VPA’s Military Region 4.
In his closing remarks, Major General Hoang Ky Lan, Deputy Head of the Defense Strategy Institute, spoke highly of the efforts and responsibility of instructors, Cambodian officers, and relevant agencies in completing the course as scheduled with good results.
He hoped that the Cambodian officers would successfully apply their new knowledge learnt from the course to their work in the coming time.
