At the event, both sides discussed achievements in education and training, further collaboration between the Vietnam Naval Academy and the Royal Cambodian Naval Academy, and cooperation in professional expertise exchanges and naval scientific research.

For his part, Major General Leang Sovannara expressed appreciation for the warm reception and highly praised the results of cooperation and support in personnel training offered by the academy to the Royal Cambodian Naval Academy.
