Army Corps 4 extends New Year wishes to the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces
PANO - The delegation of Army Corps 4, led by Senior Colonel Luong Dinh Lanh, Deputy Commander and Chief of the Corps, paid a visit to some of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces’ units from 4 to April 8 to congratulate them on the Chol ChNam ThMay.
On behalf of the Army Corps 4 Command, Senior Colonel Luong Dinh Lanh presented flowers and gifts, and extended best wishes to officers and soldiers of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces (RCAF) units, including High Command, Land Forces Command, Gendarme Command, Guard Command, Brigade 70, Logistics Department of the High Command of the RCAF and their families’ good health, successes and happiness on the occasion of the Chol Chnam Thmay – the traditional New Year Festival of the Khmer people.

Senior Colonel Luong Dinh Lanh expressed his delight at the development of Cambodia as well as of the RCAF, and stressed the significance of the friendship and cooperation between the two countries.
He also spoke highly of the effective cooperation and close ties between the two armed forces. At all stops, the delegation of Vietnam was warmly welcomed by Cambodian military units, and during all meetings, leaders of Cambodian military units expressed their deep gratitude for the support and sentiment of Vietnamese Army Corps 4.
