Delivery time will be resumed as normal from 24:00 on February 16.

Viettel Post will arrange staff and employees to work in shifts to ensure good customer service to enable customers to have a happy Tet.

Customers will be updated frequently via the corporation’s hotline, app and website.

While implementing missions, Viettel Post will strictly exercise COVID-19 prevention and control measures.

Viettel Post has asked its affiliates to closely monitor postal items every hour and day to deliver them to customers on time. If the volume of goods and parcels increase sharply beyond the estimated amount, the units will mobilize MyGo partners and means of transport to ensure timely deliveries.

With good preparations, Viettel Post hopes to continue to satisfy its customers during the upcoming Tet holiday.
