Viettel Post enters online sales and e-commerce
PANO - The Viettel Post Joint-Stock Corporation (Viettel Post) has launched a new version of its delivery application and a multi-channel sales management software with many advanced technical features at a customers’ seminar themed “Viettel Post in the digital era” held on June 29 in Hanoi.
Addressing the launch ceremony, the Corporation’s General Director Tran Trung Hung said that just a few countries have and hold exploitation monopoly over natural resources. However, data sources are available in countries and easily exploited by another country and a foreign enterprise. Raw data itself will be less valuable if it is not shared, analyzed or processed. Thanks to rapid development and synchronous appearance of the internet of things, big data, artificial intelligence (AI), and high performance computing, data has recently become a new and very precious resource.

The new version of Viettel Post’s delivery application is developed on the basis of My Viettel Post and VTPost applications and integrated with AI facilitating memorization of order-related information, update of goods-related data, analysis of users’ interested products and contents in order to automatically make suggestions.
The new version with specific and suitable instructions is the first and the only application that Viettel Post has developed to support buyers in following their orders’ process.
Meanwhile, the multi-channel sales management software VTSale allows customers to make a quick order with no limitation in quantity while it can be easily used in different mobile devices and effectively supports sales management at the point of sale (POS) system.
VTSale also supports online sellers in managing many fanpages at a time, and boost interactions with up to 86 percent of customers, thanks to the function of automatic reply. Meanwhile, VTSale’s system helps shop owners well manage data on partners, and observe and assign tasks to each staff.
