Viettel is a great workplace for young talents.

“We believe that Viettel, the most influential Vietnamese enterprise in innovation in South Asia and Southeast Asia in 2021, will be a great workplace for young talents,” said Viettel’s Major General Le Dang Dung, Acting Chairman and General Director.

All activities and technological solutions aimed at building Vietnam’s digital society are welcomed by Viettel. It is also a place for young people to build their personal brands nationally and internationally, he emphasized.

By 2025, Viettel targets to become a leading destination for high-quality human resources (Talent-hub), ranking No.1 among Vietnamese enterprises and Top 10 Asian enterprises in attracting human resources in the high-tech industry sector.

The group is currently cooperating comprehensively with many universities, such as Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Hanoi National University of Education, and Academy of Posts and Telecommunications Technology, to promote digital transformation in education, human resources training and development, and scientific research.
