According to the report presented by representative of Dong Bac Corporation, the production and business activities in 2023 have continued to face various hardships. However, the corporation, along with its subsidiary units, has successfully overcome these difficulties, comprehensively fulfilling the set plans. In the first nine months of 2023, the total revenue of the corporation reached 95 percent of the year plan, surpassing several key targets such as profits, State budget contributions, salaries, and average income for laborers.

In his concluding remarks, Senior Lieutenant General Vu Hai San commended the corporation for its efforts in recent years. The Deputy Defense Minister urged the corporation to continue adhering to and strictly implementing the resolutions of the Party, the Central Military Commission, and the Ministry of National Defense. He emphasized the importance of building internal solidarity, promoting democracy, reinforcing the trust of the people, and upholding the good images of Uncle Ho's soldiers.
