Writing contest on Vietnam seas and islands launched

PANO - Grassroots Cultural Department under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, on April 25^th, launched a literary screenplay-writing contest, “For beloved sea and islands”, in Hanoi.

Accordingly, all professional and amateur writers will be eligible to participate. Articles of no more than 20 A4 pages will focus on the daily life of islanders, armed forces’ missions, potentials of the nature and people at sea and so on.

Entries can be sent to the Literature Office of the Grassroots Cultural Department at 51-53 Ngo Quyen Street, Hanoi, by October 15^th.
