The Festival has attracted the participation of famous chefs from many countries

The Festival, which ends on March 17, aims to promote the city’s culture and tourism images to domestic and foreign visitors as well as create opportunities for local chefs to exchange their experiences with culinary experts from around the world.

The Festival has attracted the participation of famous chefs from many countries such as Switzerland, South Africa, Spain, Turkey, the Netherlands, Cook Island, Japan, France, China, Ecuador, France and Italy.

During the seven-day event, visitors will not only join in the culinary space of 12 world's chefs, but also see how chefs create their own dishes with various activities such as buying raw materials at the Hoi An market, cooking typical dishes, visiting the vegetable village and participating in a culinary forum.

The highlight of the Festival will be the President of the World Chefs Association’s selection of an outstanding chef to introduce his typical dish at the ‘Big dish’ area. In addition, a street art program to be held on March 13 is expected to bring exciting experiences to visitors.
