“Proud to be Vietnamese” was meticulously staged. The stage design was inspired by the legend of Lang Lieu, symbolizing heaven and earth, combined with modern sound, lighting, and visual effects. The art program recaptured the nation’s 80-year journey of building, fighting, and developing, from the historic autumn of 1945 to today’s era of renewal and international integration. The performances combined music, dance, choral singing, and documentary footage to highlight the glorious path of the Vietnamese revolution; praise the Party, President Ho Chi Minh, and the heroic traditions of the people, while depicting the nation’s aspirations for national development in the new era.

The event, which brought together more than 500 artists, delivered elaborate live performances that retraced the golden pages in Vietnam’s history, portrayed the beauty of the country’s land and people, and aroused national pride.
