In his opening remarks, HUFO Vice President and Secretary-General Ho Xuan Lam emphasized the growing importance of people-to-people diplomacy in the globalization, noting that cultural and artistic exchanges play a vital role in strengthening mutual understanding and friendship among nations.
The program featured more than 20 traditional and contemporary performances by artists from Vietnam, Cuba, India, Laos, Canada, Russia, the Republic of Korea, Germany, Indonesia, Cambodia, and others. It also highlighted the cultural identities of countries such as France, Hungary, the Netherlands, Thailand, Malaysia, Panama, and Belarus.
The event served as a vibrant display of solidarity, promoting peace, cooperation, and development through cultural dialogue, and reaffirmed HCM City's role as a dynamic hub for cultural diplomacy and international friendship.
