The contents of the artworks vividly reflect the natural beauty, people, and cultural identity of the Southeast region, while showcasing changes in socio-economic life alongside the development and integration process of local areas in the region. Many works portray contemporary life following the implementation of the two-tier local administration model.

According to the organizing committee, the participating artworks this year deeply reflect fine traditional cultural values, national renovation achievements, and positive shifts in social life. Each artwork represents not only the result of serious artistic labor but also demonstrates the responsibility and dedication of artists toward the development of Vietnamese literature and arts in the new era.

Within the framework of the exhibition, the Art Council of the association selected, evaluated, and awarded prizes to six outstanding works. Among them, Prize A was awarded to author Ha Phuoc Duy for the artwork titled "Dac va Rong."
The exhibition is scheduled to take place until September 29, contributing to nurturing aesthetic taste and spreading love for art and the homeland in the community.
