Fine arts exhibitions held to welcome new year
PANO - On the first days of the new year of 2022, many art galleries in Hanoi opened exhibitions of different kinds, such as painting, sculpture, calligraphy, installation art to serve the public.

In particular, the Vietnam University of Fine Arts (at 42 Yet Kieu) will host the exhibition entitled “Season in the garden,” displaying paintings by female painters Trang Thanh Hien and Nguyen My Ngoc until January 12.
The exhibition named “Greeting spring” showcasing works by painter Nguyen Minh Son will last until January 10 at 16 Ngo Quyen art gallery.
Coming to the exhibition “Nham Dan” (Tiger) by painter, director, eminent artist Nguyen Nghiem Nhan, visitors will be told stories of tigers which are painted with different levels of emotions.
Meanwhile, at the center for art and culture at 22 Hang Buom, visitors can see arrangement works in an exhibition named “Space of memory” and 40 contemporary calligraphy works honoring national cultural values including those in Hanoi in the exhibition entitled “Adventurous dreams.”
