Accordingly, VASCO will operate 14 round trips per week on the Hanoi-Dien Bien and 7 round trips per week on the Hanoi-Vinh. Meanwhile, Vietnam Airlines continues exploiting the Hanoi-Vinh route with seven round trips per week by using Airbus A321.
The transfer is part of a strategy to develop VASCO into an important air carrier, meeting an increasing travel demand of flyers.
Previously, Vietnam Airlines had transferred some other routes in Southern Vietnam to VASCO and Jetstar Pacific Airlines.
