According to the organizer - the PCC’s Commission for Information and Education, 1,289 entries were sent for the awards with most of them belonging to categories of print, online media, Vietnamese and foreign-language news sites, and television. Submissions were about important political, diplomatic, cultural events and achievements in all aspects of the country, the Party’s guidelines and the State’s policies, particularly in such priority areas as science-technology, digital transformation, and green economy. They also highlighted Vietnam’s beauty, its people and cultural values.
Attentively, presentation formats of these works were diverse, modern, and creative.

Works by international authors featured in-depth, positive and multi-faceted perspectives on Vietnam's diplomatic activities, the country’s ties with countries in the region and the world, Vietnam’s attractiveness as a fascinating destination, and its rich history and cultural heritage.
Moreover, this edition saw entries in new languages such as Arabic, Italian, and Sinhala.
Addressing the event, Mr. Nguyen Trong Nghia congratulated the awards winners and praised the significant contribution of external information service in general and the workforce involved in particular to the country's attainments in realizing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, helping strengthen the role, position, and prestige of the Party and the country in the international arena.
He highlighted that entries were diverse in format and content, demonstrating the authors’ creativeness and responsibility and showcasing a dynamic, resilient, and integrated Vietnam with cultural identity and historical traditions.
The 10th edition’s organizer presented 10 first, 20 second, 30 third, and 49 consolation prizes for best works. Among them, three works by reporters of the People’s Army Newspaper won the second prizes and one consolation prize.
