Fire-fighting exercise held at big mall
PANO - A fire-fighting exercise was held at AEON MALL in Long Bien district, Hanoi, on October 18.
According to a simulated scenario, a ‘blaze’ broke out on the third floor of the building. Immediately, the mall’s fire-fighting forces tried tackle the blaze with available tools.
Additionally, fire-fighting team No.1 of the Hanoi Fire-fighting Police Department rushed to the scene.
Thanks to concerted efforts and close coordination among forces, it took them 20 minute to put out the ‘blaze’.
The exercise was to raise local people’ awareness of fire fighting and prevention and to promote coordination between the fire-fighting police and relevant forces.
