PANO – Just before the Lunar New Year (Tet) festival, the joint venture of Construction and Investment Joint-Stock Company 579 and Duc Manh Joint-Stock Company has finished and handed 237 apartments to local people in Da Nang city.

According to officials of the companies, the apartments are built for low- and middle –income people under the city’s programme to support homes for local low- and middle –income people.

Under the programme, the city allocates land and companies invest in construction.

Apart from the 237 apartments, the joint venture is concentrating its assets and efforts to finish 251 other apartments on the order from the city. These apartments will be sold at reasonable prices to public homeless workers.
