PANO - On August 13 and 14, Youth Union members of the Ho Chi Minh municipal Department of Culture and Sports and the Traditional Medicine Institute and several local organizations and companies launched a charity program in the Binh Chieu industrial park in Thu Duc district and in the residential area for workers in Tan Phu district.

Presenting gifts to policy beneficiaries

At the event, volunteers presented 10 gifts to policy beneficiaries, 20 gifts to young workers in distress, and 1,000 school books and 10 gifts to children. In addition, they joined an art exchange program with local youths.

Via these activities, the local voluntary youths have joined hands with the city's authorities to boost local socio-economic and cultural development, contributing to building a civilized, modern, and friendly city.
