The Binh Duong Environment and Water Supply Company is assigned to implement the project.

This is the third project of the kind in the southern province. The other two are in Thu Dau Mot city and Thuan An town, using official development assistance capital from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).

The project in Thu Dau Mot city has been put into operation with a capacity of 17,000 cu.m per day, serving nearly 400,000 local residents.
