Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung on Dec. 27 approved the content of a credit agreement for and a separate agreement on implementation of a project to build Viet Nam's railway transport operating centre using preferential loan from the German Government.
The PM urged the Ministry of Finance to sign the credit agreement.
He also asked the Viet Nam Railways Corporation to sign the separate agreement on implementation of the project no later than Dec. 30.
PM Dung agreed to allocate 100 percent of the loan for the project.
