Based on the Law on Organization of the N.A., relevant legal provisions, the opinions of competent authorities, and related submissions, the N.A. Standing Committee adopted a resolution on the appointment of Le Quang Manh, member of the Party Central Committee, the N.A. Party Committee’s Standing Board and the N.A. Standing Committee, and Standing Vice Chairman of the N.A. Committee for Economic and Financial Affairs, as Standing Vice Chairman of the N.A. Office.

He was assigned to direct and manage the activities of the office and to perform the duties of the N.A. Secretary General - N.A. Office Chairman until another person is assigned to the position.
The Standing Committee also issued a resolution on the appointment and approval of Nguyen Huu Dong, member of the Party Central Committee and deputy head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Internal Affairs, who now serves as Standing Vice Chairman of the N.A.’s Committee for Deputy Affairs for the 15th tenure.
Meanwhile, Le Quang Huy, member of the N.A. Standing Committee and Chairman of the N.A. Committee for Science, Technology and Environment of the 15th tenure, was allowed to step down from October 1, 2025 at his personal request.
In addition, the N.A. Standing Committee assigned Le Minh Hoan, member of the Party Central Committee and N.A. Vice Chairman, to take charge of and direct the operations of the N.A. Committee for Science, Technology and Environment of the 15th tenure until the committee chairperson is appointed.
