PANO - All publications displayed in the Khanh Hoa provincial Spring Newspaper Festival 2013 will be presented to troops and inhabitants in Truong Sa (Spratly) Island District after the festival closing ceremony on February 21st, according to the Festival’s organizing panel. 

Nearly 2,000 Tet publications from 500 press agencies nationwide were on display in the Festival, which opened on February 6th, at the Provincial Library, in 8 localities in Khanh Hoa province and in Naval Region 4.

10 outstanding articles about Khanh Hoa were presented the Audience Award at the Festival.
