According to the delivered speeches at the event, the Party and State have paid much attention to enhancing the law dissemination for people, especially in remote and mountainous areas. The armed forces in general and the border guard force in particular have actively implemented the mission.

Many effective models and methods have been applied, contributing to raising people’s awareness of law observance.

During the talk, delegates discussed advantages and disadvantages of the law dissemination work in military units, as well as highlighted outstanding outcomes of the work over the past time. In addition, they were updated with new solutions and cooperative measures in order to improve law dissemination in the time to come.
