The same day, troops of the Military Command of Nghia Hanh district cooperated with militiamen and personnel of the provincial military command in searching for the body of Nguyen Van Tuan who was swept away by floodwater. Tuan was born in 1980 in Hanh Dung commune, Nghia Hanh district.

Within two days, Quang Ngai’s armed forces moved more than 1,000 households with more than 3,500 people to safe places.

In addition, as flooding is still complicated, the Quang Ngai provincial Military Command instructed its agencies and units to keep their personnel, vehicles and equipment on standby to respond to circumstances in a timely and effective manner.
