Gratitude house presented to serviceman’s family in Quang Ngai
PANO – The People’s Army Newspaper (PAN) in association the Quang Ngai Provincial Military Command held a ceremony on February 2 to inaugurate a house of comradeship to the family of non-commissioned officer Senior Lieutenant Nguyen Duc Hung, a driver of the Son Tinh District Military Command.
After being informed that the serviceman’s family is experiencing housing difficulties, the PAN donated VND 150 million to build a new house for him. The donation has been extracted from the “Love for the Central Region” program launched by the PAN in October. The program has gathered support from the community and sponsors for disaster-hit people in localities.

As part of the program, PAN and sponsors will hand over six houses, worth VND 900 million in total, to the families of servicemen and policy beneficiaries in the stationed areas of Military Regions 4 and 5.
The 120sq.m house has been completed after two months of construction. At the inauguration ceremony, the leadership of Military Region 5, Quang Tri Provincial Military Command and Son Tinh District Military Command presented gifts and necessities to Senior Lieutenant Nguyen Duc Hung’s family.
