People’s Army Newspaper presents Tet gifts to policy beneficiaries
PANO – On February 4, at the Community Cultural House of Dang Xa Residential Quarter (Kim Bang Ward, Ninh Binh Province), the People’s Army Newspaper, in coordination with the For Vietnamese Stature Foundation - Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank, organized a Tet gift-giving program for policy beneficiary families and disadvantaged households in Chanh Thon, Trung Dong, and Dang Xa residential quarters.
Speaking at the event, Senior Colonel Tran Anh Tuan, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the People’s Army Newspaper, noted that alongside fulfilling its core political mission, over the years the People’s Army Newspaper has served as an effective bridge connecting the For Vietnamese Stature Foundation with numerous organizations, individuals, and businesses nationwide in caring for policy beneficiaries, national contributors, and residents in remote and disadvantaged areas. The activities also provide an opportunity for organizations and enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities.

Established more than a decade ago, the For Vietnamese Stature Foundation – Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank was founded with the aspiration to contribute to gratitude activities, social welfare, and the dissemination of compassion to communities across the country.
In recent years, the Foundation has coordinated with the People’s Army Newspaper to build numerous school facilities in mountainous and island localities facing difficulties, and to present many public works as well as tens of thousands of scholarships, computers, and other forms of support to people in various localities nationwide.
On this occasion, through the People’s Army Newspaper, the For Vietnamese Stature Foundation presented 100 Tet gifts to national contributors and families in difficult circumstances in several residential quarters of Kim Bang Ward. Each gift package was valued at VND 500,000.
