In a solemn atmosphere, the delegation paid tribute to Party General Secretary Le Kha Phieu, expressing profound respect and gratitude for his significant contributions to the revolutionary cause of the Party, State, military, and people.

Party General Secretary Le Kha Phieu was one of President Ho Chi Minh’s outstanding disciples. Throughout his revolutionary career, he remained absolutely loyal to the Party, devoted to the Fatherland, and dedicated to serving the people. He made important contributions to national development and defense, particularly to building a politically-strong Vietnam People’s Army.

Paying tribute to the late Party leader, Sr. Lt. Gen.
