This was also a practical activity of the unit, together with the local authorities, to effectively implement the program on poverty reduction and new-style rural area development, and take care of the material and spiritual life of local people.
In response to and effectively carry out the emulation movement "Whole country joins hands for the poor, no-one is left behind” and the movement "Joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses by the end of 2025," the service’s agencies and units have pro-actively implemented mass mobilization work; coordinated with local authorities, mass organizations, and other units to organize gratitude activities for people in their stationed areas.

ADAF Service’s leaders hand over gifts to policy beneficiaries in Thanh Minh commune, Dien Bien Phu city, Dien Bien province. |
Over the past time, along with fulfilling central political tasks, the service’s agencies and units have effectively carried out exchange and twinning activities; conducted mass mobilization work, and taken care of policy beneficiaries and ethnic people in remote and difficult areas. This year, nearly 1,600 officers and soldiers, together with local forces, have helped people to collect garbage, trim trees on roads, and repair war cemeteries and memorials, dredge irrigation channels, and harvest crops.
Senior Colonel Nguyen Huu Toan, Deputy Political Chief of the ADAF Service, emphasized that these activities contributed to joining hands with local troops and people to promote socio-economic development, building a strong political base, and deepening the solidarity between the military and civilians.
