The letter read that over the past time, under the leadership and direction of the Politburo, the Secretariat, and particularly the Central Steering Committee for the celebration of major anniversaries and important historical events of the nation for the 2023-2025 period, the CMC and MND have worked with ministries, central agencies, and local authorities to successfully organize the parade. The event left a profound impression on the Vietnamese people and international friends, fostering patriotism, national pride, unity, and the determination to build a strong, peaceful, independent, democratic, prosperous, civilized, and happy Vietnam, firmly advancing on the path toward socialism.

The success of the parade has served as a powerful source of encouragement and inspiration for the entire Party, people, and military to continue promoting the national unity and confidently embark on a new era of development – the era of the nation's rise.
The CMC and MND thanked the Party and State for the close leadership and direction and deeply appreciated the valuable support and close coordination from all ministries, central agencies, local Party committees and authorities, and citizens of Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, and other localities, airlines, and the Railway Transport Joint Stock Company to help forces well-prepared for the great event. This collaboration further strengthened the bond between the military and the people, helping the military to successfully fulfill all assigned missions.
The CMC and the MND wished for continued leadership, direction, support from the Party and State; the close coordination from ministries, central agencies, local Party committees, authorities, and people, organizations, and businesses to help the military to excellently fulfill assigned duties, contributing to successfully building and firmly defending the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
