In Quang Tri province, General Department II under the Ministry of National Defense organized the military-civilian healthcare program, during which the general department’s medical personnel provided 350 locals with measures to protect themselves from diseases and free medicines.

The mission offered incense at Vinh Linh district War Cemetery, visited and presented gifts to heroic Vietnamese mothers, presented gifts to policy households and needy families, and gave equipment to local kindergartens and healthcare facilities. 

On the occasion, the general department inaugurated and handed a house to Mrs. Tran Thi Sau, a daughter of a fallen soldier in Huynh Cong Dong commune.

In Thai Nguyen province, the Military Region 1 Command sent a mission to visit and present gifts to the provincial Nursing Center for National Contributors. During the visit, delegates expressed deep gratitude to those who had rendered good service to the nation and promised to uphold traditions and strive to fulfill assigned missions.

In the Southern province of Ba Ria - Vung Tau, the provincial Military Command held a meeting with national contributors. At the event, the organizing panel handed over 13 gifts, worth VND 2 million each, to wounded soldiers, fallen soldiers’ children, military servicemen whose parents are martyrs, and relatives of troops who died during the COVID-19 pandemic fight.

The provincial Military Command also handed over five savings books, worth VND 5 million each, to wounded and sick soldiers and decided to provide an allowance of VND 12 million a year each for three needy wounded and sick soldiers. 

In Binh Phuoc province, Military Hospital 7B of the Department of Logistics of Military Region 7 and the liaison board of regional military medial force provided health examination, medicines, and health consultation for more than 300 locals in Loc Quang commune, Loc Ninh district. On the occasion, the organizing panel presented gifts to ten outstanding policy households in the locality.

In the Northern province of Hai Duong, the provincial Military Command and Health Department held a healthcare program, during which medical personnel gave free health examination and medicines to 300 policy families and national contributors in Hung Dao commune, Tu Ky district. The mission offered 30 gifts, worth VND 800,000 each, to those with great contribution to the nation.

In Hau Giang province, Flotilla 129 of the Navy, in collaboration with the provincial Party Committee’s Commission of Information and Education and local authorities, handed over a house to Mr. Dang Van Minh, a wounded soldier in Binh Thanh ward, Long My town. After two months of construction, the house on an area of 50sq.m was completed.

On the occasion, the flotilla presented 15 gifts, worth VND 1 million each, to policy households and national contributors in the province. 

In Hai Phu commune, Hai Hau district, Nam Dinh province, the provincial Nam Dinh Military Command and local authorities have handed over two gratitude houses to Trinh Thi Loan, a fallen soldier’s mother, in Thinh Long townlet and Nguyen Van Phu, a wounded soldier in Vu Dinh hamlet, Hai Phuc commune.
