MND meets with national contributors from Ca Mau province

Ca Mau has more than 110,000 national contributors. In realizing the Party’s guidelines and the State’s policies, the Southern province has paid attention to and carried out different policies to take care of wounded and sick soldiers, martyrs’ families, and national contributors; mobilized social resources for gratitude activities, such as building houses and taking care of heroic Vietnamese mothers.

Speaking at the meeting, Col. Thanh briefed delegates on activities in the whole military over the past time. He emphasized that under the leadership of the Central Military Commission and the direction of the MND, agencies and units in the whole military have actively and pro-actively worked with central agencies, ministries, and localities to make recommendations to the Party and State to add more legal documents and policies for martyrs’ families, national contributors, and troops’ families.

In addition, the whole military has organized many programs and practical activities, such as building gratitude houses, presenting gifts; providing free health examination, carrying out welfare policies for policy beneficiaries, giving medical equipment to convalescent centers for wounded soldiers and national contributors.
