* On January 25, in Dak Wil border commune, Cu Jut district, the Dak Nong Provincial Border Guard Command organized the "Border Spring Warms Up People’s Hearts" program on the occasion of Tet (lunar New Year) 2024. The program included practical activities such as free health check-ups, consultancy, and medicines for 300 people, a Chung cake making competition to provide 300 cakes for needy households, traditional folk games, and a Tet market offering necessities to 100 families. Notably, during the event, the Dak Nong Provincial Border Guard Command handed over 8 houses and handed over 313 Tet gifts to needy households and policy beneficiary families in Dak Wil commune.
* The Coast Guard Region 2 Command, in coordination with the Mass Mobilization Board of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee and the local authorities of Ly Son district, organized the "Island Tet - Warm spring - Sweet civil-military relationship" program. The leadership of Coast Guard Region 2 and the local authorities presented 100 Tet gifts, each valued at VND 1 million, to families of fishermen facing difficulties. On this occasion, the Coast Guard Region 2 Command collaborated with the Mass Mobilization Commission of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee, various departments, organizations, and military units stationed in Ly Son district to organize a Chung cake making competition and cultural exchange programs.
* Axan Border Post of the Quang Nam Provincial Border Guard Command, in collaboration with the People's Committee of Axan and Tr’hy communes of Tay Giang district, Quang Nam province, and other relevant units launched the "Border Spring Warms up People’s Hearts" program in 2024. The organizing panel handed over three houses, worth VND 50 million each, to disadvantaged households and Women's Union members in the two communes.
